To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Absolutely. Cork fabric (often called cork leather) is surprisingly rugged. It has a honeycomb cell structure that makes it resistant to abrasion, tearing, and friction. It allows you to carry daily essentials without worrying about the wear and tear associated with traditional fabrics.

Cork is a sustainable product harvested from the cork oak tree, primarily found in Portugal, Spain, and southern France. It is shaved, boiled and laminated to a fabric backing. Cork fabric is lightweight and soft, yet very durable. It is stain and water-resistant, hypoallergenic, and low maintenance.

Cork is naturally water-resistant due to a waxy substance in the cells called suberin. Your bag can handle rain without staining or soaking through. While we don’t recommend submerging it in a pool, it handles weather beautifully.
