What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Is cork actually durable?
Absolutely. Cork fabric (often called cork leather) is surprisingly rugged. It has a honeycomb cell structure that makes it resistant to abrasion, tearing, and friction. It allows you to carry daily essentials without worrying about the wear and tear associated with traditional fabrics.
Will the cork dry out, crack, or crumble?
No. This is a common misconception! We use high-quality cork fabric that is treated and adhered to a backing to ensure flexibility. It bends and moves just like animal leather and will not crumble or crack over time.
Is cork waterproof?
Cork is naturally water-resistant due to a waxy substance in the cells called suberin. Your bag can handle rain without staining or soaking through. While we don’t recommend submerging it in a pool, it handles weather beautifully.
